Guarantee Conditions
The duration of the guaranty is 40 months from the time of production of the device. Guarantee service is only for repair or service of the device and includes free services for replacement of parts and a fee for repairment. Defects caused by design, material, assembly that occur as a result of normal use of the device during the warranty/guarantee period. The services of this kind include free replacement of the parts without charging repair fees. Defects caused by bad and improper installation are not the responsibility of the company and must be fixed by the installation company. But after fixing the problem, the guarantee service will cover that specific product and the associated parts. Maintaining the cleanliness and absence of foreign objects inside the sealing and cleaning of the rails and rotating parts is the responsibility of the customer's own service attendant.
